Its nice because it always reminds you and goes at a pace anyone can do.
This app is easy to use and straight to the point. The ads do not pop up in the middle of your workout but right after you hit the "Save & Exit" button. It has a new challenge for you everyday with rest days in between. This helps you build the definition you are looking for from beginner to advanced. Once you finish 1 day you can skip along to the next day. I however am following the regimen and cant wait to see my results after the 1st 30 days! Great app!
The app seems pretty straight forward. It doesnt bother me with updates and badges and notifications.
Love this app, I also love the fact it doesnt allow you to jump ahead, youre not able to see your next goal until you complete the day! Very motivating and realistic goals!!
My kids and I started on beginner level 2. The app makes it very easy to follow the program. One thing I would suggest is to provide the end goal-what will be accomplished at the end of the 30 days at each level.
